We offer two reliable shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that golf equipment is highly personal – what works for one player might not suit another. Our 15-day return policy gives you time to ensure your purchase meets your expectations on the course.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unused and free of any wear or damage
- Packaged with all original protective materials (especially important for clubs and shafts)
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:
For the protection of all customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Extra Stiff shafts (due to specialized flex specifications)
- Individual & Wedge Shafts (custom cut items)
- Any personalized or custom-ordered equipment
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Your Return:

We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. - Package Securely:
Repack items using original packaging with all protective headcovers (for clubs) and tissue paper (for apparel). - Ship Your Return:

Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, flex, or product):

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
