Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unused and free of any wear or damage
- Packaged with all original protective materials (especially important for clubs and shafts)
Note on Custom/Specialty Items: For the protection of all customers, certain items cannot be returned:
- Extra Stiff shafts (due to specialized flex specifications)
- Individual & Wedge Shafts (custom cut items)
- Any personalized or custom-ordered equipment
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Repack items using original packaging with all protective headcovers (for clubs) and tissue paper (for apparel).
- Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse at:

Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, flex, or product):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired exchange item in your initial email
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
Note: Additional charges may apply for higher-value exchanges.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
