Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two shipping methods:
- Standard Express Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with premium tracking
- Free Economy Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days as we hand-check every club before shipping.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote regions. Our Fort Worth-based team specializes in international golf equipment shipping with proper packaging and customs documentation.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. For Express Shipping, you’ll get detailed DHL/FedEx tracking; EMS provides more basic tracking for economy shipments.
Why does international shipping take longer?
While we dispatch quickly, international shipments require customs clearance which can add processing time. Some shaft materials (like premium graphite) may have additional shipping requirements that can slightly delay delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Clubs must be returned in original condition, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Custom-fitted items may have different return conditions.
How do I initiate a return?

What if my item arrives damaged?
